Right of withdrawal

In the event that the Product is damaged/defective, the Customer is required to detail in writing to info@giogiojewels.com within 24 hours all damage detected accompanied by a photograph.

We will replace any defective Product free of charge.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, he can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in line with the provisions of article 64 of the Consumer Code.

We will refund the full cost of Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.

The Customer can independently choose the courier with which to ship. The risks relating to the return and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The credit will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer, the credit will be made to the customer's current account.

RETURNS NOT ALLOWED: Returns will not be allowed on personalized items or items made upon request of the Customer.

However, the display of the colors of the products depends on the user's monitor and we cannot guarantee that the Customer's monitor will portray the colors of the products perfectly accurately.
