ORDER, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
1. HOW LONG DOES THE PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The GioGio staff always tries to ship as soon as possible, however the timing may vary depending on the destination, which is why we consider 2 to 5 working days.

2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

Throughout Italy, shipping is free with spending over €65
The cost of shipping to Europe can vary from €10 to €30 depending on the amount of customs duties. Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


3. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Enter the tracking number that you received in the Shipping News email into the box and you will be able to see where your order is.


4. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY GIOGIO JEWELRY?
Of course, you can return the jewel you purchased no later than 14 days from the order date. But first check that the jewels are in the same condition in which you received them and complete with all packaging.
All personalized items are not subject to the return and exchange policy.
We reserve the right to verify the condition of the jewel, if these conditions are not met the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the order has been received, it can only be modified if it has not yet been shipped by promptly communicating the changes via email to info@giogiojewels.com indicating the order number. Once the shipment has been taken care of, it is necessary to proceed with the return and wait for the refund. In any case, we reserve the right to not accept the modification request if deemed not feasible.

CANCELLATION/REFUND
The refund takes place within 7 working days from the moment the returned product was received and accepted. The credit will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase and will include exclusively the value of the jewel, therefore shipping costs are excluded. For security reasons we cannot refund to a card other than the one used for the purchase.

PRODUCT CARE
1. WHAT MATERIAL ARE GIOGIOJEWELS JEWELRY MADE OF?

All the jewels in the GioGioJewels collections are in 750 yellow gold, precious stones and diamonds. Each jewel is accompanied by a guarantee that covers any production defects. Product alterations due to wear are not covered by the warranty.


2. HOW SHOULD I TREAT THE JEWELRY?
Even if worn daily, they do not require particular attention beyond the ordinary care given to a gold jewel. However, it must be kept in mind that normal use and the action of external agents such as cosmetics, humidity and perspiration, in contact with jewels, can contribute to reducing the brilliance of both the gold surfaces and the stones.
After each use, the jewels should be delicately cleaned with a cloth and stored separately in the boxes provided by us, in dry places, away from heat sources and in general away from agents that could damage them.

3. HOW SHOULD I TREAT THE COTTON STRINGS OF THE BRACELETS?
Our lanyards are 100% natural cotton, so you must be careful when wearing them to limit contact with agents such as water (especially sea water), soap, cosmetics, perfumes, detergents, chlorine and other similar substances that can fade colors or deteriorate the fabric. Our bracelets are very resistant but, given that cotton is a natural fibre, it normally tends to wear over time and it would be better to avoid subjecting it to excessive traction which could break or ruin it.

In the event that the lanyard breaks or becomes damaged due to use over time, you can in any case have a new lanyard in the color you prefer at a cost of €10 (excluding shipping).
