Shipping
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday within 5/7 working days following confirmation and payment of the order. Shipping is free in Italy on orders over €65.
Returns
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, he can return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift. To return your item, send it via courier to the address indicated on the return label.
Returned products must meet the following conditions for the order to be refunded:
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.
- Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Returns of items with a return label will only be successful if the label has not been removed.
- Returns are not possible for personalized items. The sale of these products is final.
In the event that the Product is damaged/defective, the Customer is required to detail in writing to info@giogiojewels.com within 24 hours all damage detected accompanied by a photograph. We will replace any defective product free of charge.
