Delivery methods

The Customer, for the delivery of the purchased Product, can choose his residence or domicile, the workplace, or the private address of a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is located within the territory of the European Union and non-European Union excluding Black List countries.

The delivery of the products is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment for the relevant order.

In the event that, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package presents imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package itself in the presence of the carrier, to check the condition of the product contained therein.

For security reasons, deliveries will not be made to post office boxes and the order will not be processed.
For each order placed on the Site, Granarelli srl is not obliged to issue an invoice, unless expressly requested by the customer at the time of carrying out the operation, as provided for by the art. 22, paragraph 1, n.1 of Presidential Decree n. 633/1972. No changes to the receipt will be possible after it has been issued.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form. They may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the place of destination of the Products.
All purchases will be delivered by courier.

SHIPPING RULES

Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays, within 5/7 working days following confirmation and payment of the order.

If it is not able to deliver the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Granarelli srl will promptly notify the Customer via email, and in any case the delivery will be carried out within a period of time ranging from 3 (three ) to 30 (thirty) days.

Granarelli srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays , it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will in any case be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following that on which the Customer sent the order. order to Granarelli srl.

In case of withdrawal, the amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
(ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported, placing a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Granarelli srl will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped.

SHIPPING FEES
For purchases with delivery within Italy, shipping is free for orders over €65.

For purchases with delivery abroad, the shipping cost estimate is provided after entering the shipping address:

for shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties will be paid by the recipient and will be added to the shipping costs.
